After months of meetings, interviews, and a community survey, Wilmington Alliance is excited to reveal the West Center City Community Safety & Wellness Plan.

 

This plan is intended to serve as a roadmap for the coming years, reflecting the voices and aspirations of the West Center City community.We appreciate the many residents, organizations, elected officials, and community partners whose ideas and input helped shape it.
