Self-Care Sista Circle (Yoga):
Through these sessions, we will gather in a nurturing, supportive space designed for women ready to move beyond survival mode and into deep, embodied peace. Together, we’ll gently release stored tension, reconnect with a sense of safety in the body, and practice the art of radical rest.

Buss a Wine- Caribbean Dance Fitness:
Instructor Crys is back at the Art O Mat to lead her exhilarating Buss a Wine classes that combine the rhythm of Caribbean music with the excitement of dance! All classes are free and designed to improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility, self- confidence, and build muscular strength all while connecting community through healthy wellness activity! Classes are beginner level friendly and recommended for adults ages 18 and up.

Drum Circle:
From May 26 through Oct. 13, we're hosting everyone's favorite Tuesday gathering. Free and open to all ages, Drum Circle is led by a local instructor and offers varying drum sizes for all. You're welcome to bring your own drum or use one of ours.

Take a journey into the magical word of books! Join author, screenwriter, and educator, Lenny Williams, for a reading circle This event is free and open to youth ages 6+
